Mary Varghese Trust is a not for profit organisation run by Department of PMR, CMC Vellore for the rehabilitation and benefit of people with disabilities.
WHAT WE DO
We offer vocational and sports training for people with disabilities along with board and stay, so that they can rediscover independence through dignified work and joy and support through community.
WHY WE DO IT
Mary Varghese, our founder, though paralysed hip down was a surgeon specialized in rehabilitation. She cared for the needs of thousands of people with disabilities. Her life reminds us that people with disabilities can live a purposeful and impactful life. At MVT, we hope to create an environment where this is possible.
